Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use the Ride Blnk website, apps or service.

The service
RideBlnk Technologies provides software that lets schools and transport operators run bus routes, and lets parents and guardians follow a ride. Access is arranged through the school or operator that holds the account; we do not sell accounts directly to families.
Accounts
Your school or transport operator creates and manages accounts, and decides who may see which student. Keep your credentials to yourself — you are responsible for what happens under your login. Tell your school, or us, straight away if you think an account has been misused.
Safety — please read this one
Live tracking is a convenience, not a safety system. Positions and arrival estimates depend on GPS accuracy, mobile and satellite coverage, and third-party services, and they can be delayed, wrong or unavailable. Do not rely on the app alone for decisions about a child’s safety, and never treat the absence of an alert as confirmation that everything is fine.
Drivers must not interact with the app while the vehicle is moving. Follow your operator’s policy and the law in your jurisdiction.
Acceptable use
- Use the service only for its intended purpose — managing or following school transport.
- Do not attempt to access data about students, drivers or vehicles you are not authorised to see.
- Do not interfere with the service, probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission, or use it to break the law.
- Do not copy, resell or redistribute the service or its content.
Third-party services
The service depends on providers including telematics, mapping, messaging and hosting partners. Their availability is outside our control, and interruptions on their side can interrupt the service.
Intellectual property
The software, brand and content are ours or our licensors’. Using the service does not transfer any of those rights to you.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend or withdraw parts of the service, and we may change these terms. Where a change materially affects you we will give notice through the service or to your school. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, and the courts located there have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
