Trust & Safety
Ride Blnk provides information and communication tools for participating schools, transport operators, drivers, and families. Safe transportation still depends on the people and procedures responsible for each route.
What Ride Blnk does
The platform can receive vehicle location and route information, display ride status to authorized users, and support notifications configured by a participating school or transport operator. Location information comes from a GPS device associated with the vehicle; it does not track a child’s personal phone.
Who is responsible for transportation
Participating schools and transport operators remain responsible for routes, vehicles, driver screening and supervision, rider records, pickup and drop-off procedures, and emergency response. Ride Blnk does not employ or dispatch drivers unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Emergency situations
Ride Blnk is not an emergency-response service. If anyone is in immediate danger, call 911. For an active route issue, follow the procedure supplied by the participating school or transport operator. App information and notifications may be delayed by device, network, GPS, or service conditions and should not be the only safety measure.
Account and data protection
Access is intended for authorized users connected to a participating organization. Users should protect their sign-in information, keep devices secure, and report suspected unauthorized access. Our Privacy Policy explains the information we collect and how it is used, and our Data Deletion page explains how to request deletion.
Report a concern
For app, account, or safety-related concerns, contact support@rideblnk.com. For privacy concerns, contact privacy@rideblnk.com. Include the participating school or operator and enough detail for us to route the request, but do not email highly sensitive records unless our team asks for them through a secure channel.
